Japanese Dramas and Satoshi Tsumabuki
I have kind of put Japanese study on hold for a little while….when I say that I mean I am not taking out the text books or studying kanji every night. Not that I ever did a lot of that anyway…but when I was living here last time it was kind of necessary to pass my university exams.
Instead i am taking on a bit of an unconventional study method…Japanese TV, In particular Japanese TV Dramas. I won’t go as fas as to say i am obsessed but i will sit and watch 4 episodes or so of the same drama if my scheule allows for it (I get copies from local video store). I have finished one called Orange Days….it was my first and i suppose that is what got me hooked. Those of you who can understand Japanese should definitely go to your local Tsutaya and rent it out. One of the best reasons to do so is the lead actor in it Satoshi Tsumabuki who i think is just gorgeous….
Who agrees with me that this guy is gorgeous?? Now Shumpei even rents DVD’s out with him in it cos he knows how much i love him… It is so weird because apart from a slight obsession with George Clooney i have never much been one of those people that develops obsessions over good-looking actors or celebrities… Oh god I am turning into a teenager again.

Yeah he’s a hottie, alright! I have to agree with you, there’s something about Japanese dramas that hook you right in. I think the first one I saw was one with Shingo Kattori from SMAP when I first visted Japan on exchange the mid 90s. And Shingo is still looking good!!

Wow… so I’m not the only one that thinks Satoshi is a total hunk. (“,) Although he only says one line in the whole Tokyo Drift movie, he grabs your attention IMMEDIATEYLY…! He’s so…. gorgeous.
