Glasses and humidity…

I got new glasses because when in Australia a couple of weeks ago i went to the eye doctor and said “hey i think i’m going blind” and while it turns out i’m not really going blind my eyes weren’t coping well with all the reading and computer work i do. I waited til i got back here though to choose some out because well, paying 100 dollars as opposed to like 500 dollars seemed like a good idea (Sometimes stuff in Japan IS cheaper!)

I picked them up Thursday and have worn them a lot to try and get used to them (I have other glasses which i hardley ever wore, because well, i kept forgetting) and i have noticed that in Tokyo Summer, wearing glasses outside just doesn’t work. Especially if you go into an air-conditioned conbini then come outside cos they fog up and you can’t see anything. It is fricken annoying…

Feeling like you should shower every 10 minutes is annoying also. Looking forward to Autumn!!!

I am so looking forward to summer, it’s such brilliant weather at the moment, hot but not sticky.

I hate humidity, but I’m glad Australian weather isn’t so bad that it fogs up glasses.
