The good news…

Well i announced on the weekend that i had some good news but i had to wait a couple of days to annouce what it actually was.

I arrived back in Japan in February and started soon after working in an International School part time (and then another one) but during that time i was also doing an Internship part time with a company here in Japan. I was offered a paid position 4 days a week full-time with in the company last week and started on the Monday just gone.

I knew about this company before i returned to Japan in February and i had already enquired about internship possibilites as being 21 and just out of uni didn’t really qualify me for much else. It is a great company and any foreign women living in Japan or thinking about moving to Japan should check it out. I loved my internship and it was never a hassle to try and fit in 5 days at an international school, part-time internship plus numerous private lessons each week. In fact i was enjoying it so much that I was also doing stuff from home (I know i know i am a loser!!!). When i was offered this position i was so excited.

This is my good news! It might not seem like much but i have been working towards this because to stay in Japan i had to get out of teaching. I loved the kids i worked with and the last school i was working in was nice but i needed something else. I have learnt a lot already from my internship and i know i will continue to learn a lot as i continue to work there.

I changed this post because i began to think maybe i was letting on too much about myself?? Who knows who is reading?

    Yay, congrats!!

I looked at their website and it seems so useful, all of the stuff I’d like to know about if I move to Japan is all there.

It seems like it would be a cool place to work.

Man, I would have loved to have found something apart from teaching when I was in japan. But I think I came in after you changed the post. What’s the job exactly? And congratulations!
