inspiring dot points…

Too sick to do a real post and am loving everyone elses dot points recently so here goes.

  • Next three weekends very busy. Next week C & J’s birthday party on the 58th floor of Sunshine tower with great view of Tokyo. The following weekend going away with Shumpei to Okinawa. Following weekend is Shumpei’s brothers wedding
  • I think it might actually be possible to cough up parts of your own lung.
  • Shumpei made me some dinner for sick people last night. Included some chicken nuggets from macdonalds, half a peach, a grated apple (that was a bit like apple sauce) and half a bagle with vegimite. Oh and lemon C.
  • Shumpei bought 15 small bottles of lemon C drink and I have drank half of them
  • I am afraid that Kat-tun will turn into the next SMAP and be all over the TV and if I am in Japan still in 10 years time they will be all i see.
  • I did a quick google search for Enny for online sellers of tofu cushions had no luck BUT i can not beleive how many Japanese people have blogged about them
  • I am thinking about getting my drivers license for here. I used to have an international one but it expired and apparently for aussies it is easy to get. I just have to get a translation of my aussie one and don’t have to do a test of anything. ( I am watching fast and the furious and this has inspired my desire to drive)
  • It will be my first time to go to Okinawa so am so excited. Does anyone have any hints on what to see, do and where to eat?
  • So happy to now have health insurance. It means if i get hit by another car or anything I don’t have to worry because I can go straight to the doctor and it is so cheap!!!
  • I love our Nintendo DS. I am a nerd.
  • I have being receiving crafty things in my swaps like i requested so i actually need to get inspired and make stuff. Any ideas?
  • I used to have a diary but would be so disapointed in myself if i missed a day. Is it the same for blogs?

Ok enough dot points. Apolgise for bad spelling and crap grammar…it is always bad but more so when sick.

    Hit by another car?

Young lady, did Ronald McDonald teach you nothing? Do you think McDonalds is in business for the profit, no, they are just trying to raise money for commericals to make sure kids stop, look and listen before they cross the road. I think, my young friend, you shouldn’t cross the road without an adult.

Hey also, getter better soon young lady!!

I used to LOVE Nintendo! It’s been SO long - i think i’ll have to visit my nephew soon ;-)
    Hit by another car???

As for dot points - don’t worry. Life’s too short to construct ‘propper posts’ daily.

Firstly-I want to confirm I have not been hit by another car!!! I am just sick! hehe…

If i was to be hit by another car though I could go to the doctor straight away since I now have Japanese national health insurance. YAY! If you look in archives approximately 2 months ago you will be able to read the “hit by a car” story in which I was hit by a taxi that did not stop…

enny- De do not have Dogz, but I have heard of it and I will consider getting Shumpei to buy it. My favourite game is an oldie but a goodie, Super Mario Brothers!! I also want tetris…I am very old school

Adam- I promise to look both ways from now on daddy.

Miss Natalie- Yes, the original Nintendo is the best though don’t you think? We used to have one as kids…good old bubble bobble and mario brothers. Thanks for stopping by!!

Yuki- Hello London girl! Thanks for well wishes. I am feeling heaps better today and have only had to have one nap since waking up this morning!

I’m so jealous you have a DS, I’ve wanted one for ages but can never justify spending so much money I don’t have on a toy :(
I think for an easy craft, you should make jewellery. It’s very easy (even I can do it). If you want to have a bash at it, let me know and I’ll send you some stuff in the swap.

Is Lemon C the same sort of thing as Vitamin Lemon? When I was deathly ill in Korea my friend gave me a Japanese version of Lemsip called Vitmain Lemon (I’m quite sure that’s that it was called, it was lemon-y powder you add to hot water). It was SO SO good, it made me feel human for atleast an hour, I wish they sold it here.

Hey, sorry to hear you are sick (again). But it is good that you have proper health insurance now so at least it won’t send you broke.
I converted my Australian license to a Japanese one… just had to get it translated and then hang out at this RTA-type place on the way to Haneda. It took half a day, so is really not too much hassle.
& for easy crafty projects… maybe badges from felt/ribbons/beads or pouches? Have you seen http://craftster.org/? It is good for inspiration…

    Good!
If I hear otherwise I’m going to march right on over to Japan, introduce myself, give you a stern talking to and send you to your room without nintendo (and also dinner).

Unrelated Uh oh, think I’ve now got a hankering for Super Mario 3.

I’m glad you’re feeling better young lady!

D’Jen- Shumpei actually bought the DS, and he plays it more because i hog the internet BUT sometimes i buy games. I certainly play the games!! The lemon C drink I was talking about is more like Lift or Solo but not as fizzy and it is filled with vitamin C. It is actually considered a health drink but I love it. Especailly when sick.

Suzy- I might have to get my licsence sorted eventually. Did you have to give up your Aussie one?? Hope not. I need that too! hehe. Will check out the link later too.

Adam- Do you call everyone young lady? hehe!! If you sent me to my bedroom you would have to wait in the kitchen (or bathroom) as they are the three areas in our very small apartment. AND the kitchen door has a window in it So i could wave to you!! I make Shumpei eat his Nato in the kitchen with the door closed cos it is smelly… It is like sending him the bedroom but worse! Super Mario is the best…all those little mushrooms and princesses and coins to collect. It is what I imagine heaven would be like.
