<description>Jac- Google reader is an awesome way to keep up with the blogs, news, celebrity news and earthquake reports you want to!! Go to google.com/reader. I tried bloglines but it was complicated and really fiddly but google reader is awesome. You will need a gmail account though! Try it out, its free and if you don`t like it well you can never sign in again!

Will see you at southbank coldrock sometime between april 28th and May 5th!!

Amanda- I actually put the disgusting powder in this disovable plastic stuff so that I can not taste it. If the powder was tasteless it would be ok, but they had to make it taste like utter crap which is why it is bad!

My two favourites are actually not the best behaved. But I love them. I think it is cos when they are good they are just so cute!

Katie- My japanese is crap too. Lol, I only really use it with Shun and he puts up with my crap japanese. ANd my boss, who doesn`t care if I don`t use english. I emailed her the other day to say something and she wrote back and said `ro^ra ha nihonjin poi da ne!` We have a fairly relaxed way of talking to each other thankfully!

Whats IML? Join your uni japanese club or something...free japanese!

SUshi- I plan to rest this weekend...maybe. Because I need to be ready for the following weekend which is going to be huge! Hows planning for pink party going?

Jess- The yogurt trick sounds good, thanks! Will have to try it. I have done it once with icecream!!! When I was taking two powder medicines at the time i mixed them together in haagan daaz vanilla icecream. Wasn`t bad either!

Enny- I`ll be in Australia April/may so should be fine. Anything with sudafed is illegal to bring in. But panadol and stuff like that is ok! On second thoughts maybe send me a gripper!!! hehe! I don`t usually have problems with jars but this time it was crazy!

B- I never like the goody two shoes children. Or the children that lie. Other than that all kids are fine! hehe. I treat all the kids the same...in fact I am probably slightly harder on my favourites cos I don`t want to appear like I am favouring one over the other.

My advice is tell your child to give her teacher cuddles...works everytime!

<description>My daughter has the nasty powdered asthma medicine too. It completely tastes like ass... why can't they make it banana flavored or something?

I think it's only natural to have favorite students. Although, as a mother of a school aged student, I'd love to know how to make your child the teacher's favorite. lol.

<description>I'm going to have to pack myself with Disprin Direct Chewables when I come over? Is that legal?! Be sure to let me know if you want stuff brought over in April/May Lulu!

I have one of those 'man about the house' tupperware gripper things - he's orange and if he's not strong enough I do the hot water first and THEN the gripper - it's worked every time so far.

Eskimo Joe WEREN'T cool before - they sang the worst song in the world, that stoopid sweater one!!

Cous cous is beautiful - I could eat it by the panful - it's lovely with vegan butter too (I get the failproof instant stuff...Mmmm)

I have favourite martial arts students and a favourite brother, so if you're bad, then I'm screwed.

And I'm glad you're back into blogs :o)

		<description>Hey from a lurker...
That powder medicine is gross, hey! I only had it once and from then on made sure I asked the doctor for non-powder forms (I think they have tablets or capsules for most medications, but don't give them to you unless you specify!! Who on earth would prefer the powder???)
The only way I could swallow it was to sprinkle it on a spoon of yogurt then cover it with more yogurt. My workmates thought this was the funniest thing ever, apparently this is how it's fed to little kids. Whatever!

<description>I love reading your blog. Everyday you remind me of something. Not enough time to comment on everything though. I had an ecclectic group of friends like yours when I was in Japan. It just goes to show that you don't have to speak the same language or share the same culture to get along. The Holiday is a nice easy to watch movie. Japanese Doctors are funny the way they prescribe powder for everything..and it always makes you sleep!. My Japanese is really crap at the moment because I don't use it. I'm thinking about doing a course at the IML, just so I don't get too rusty. Last night my friend "Sensei" called me and it told him that one of my friends is a strange church, when I meant to stay that she goes to one. The thing is we both new what I meant, so there was no need for correction. We just laughed!.

<description>Because Jac did it, I want to too!

*Could you mix the gross powder with a little bit of water and make it into a gross paste? Still taste as bad, but maybe easier to get down?

*You can try tapping a jar on the kitchen bench, and running the top under warm water for a bit. Usually works for me!

*Cous cous is awesome.

*I think parents have favourites, they just don't ever tell the kids. I also think that teachers MUST have favourites- after all, they're not bound by the duty of parenthood to love them all, right? I certainly wouldn't like/ favour some annoying boy who pulls the girls' hair, and throws things around, for example. A cute little thing that behaves well, does cute things, and has a lisp, however? Destined to be a favourite!

<description>here's my dot pointed comment in return!

*eeww powder medicine. That's gross. Why on earth wouldn't it be in tablet form!?

*What is google reader and how do I use it?

*You'll always have your fave kids in a classroom, I don't think that's a bad thing as long as you treat them all equally! And I've heard parents say they have their favourites, but it doesnt mean they love one more or less.

*I LOVE Cous cous!

*I haven't started my new job yet... it starts next week. Pretty excited!

*I am at the southbank coldrock and you'll definitely have to come visit :)
