Hey Bub, Loved to see the recent pictures, You and Shun look great, it was nice to see James and Kat looking so happy in their photo too. Talking about random, When I was in the Basilica at Assissi in Italy I bumped into Amanda Doyle (parent from St. Lukes, isn’t that freaky.? I wish I knew how to put pictures on the net I could show you some of my trip to Europe. I will try and pick up some zink powder and post to you, it might help, I also think that the coffee drinking is o.k. but if its on milk and with sugur it won’t be helping the weight situation.. I’m reading “Japanese Women Don’t Get Old or Fat” by Naoko Moriyama at the moment. It’s a nice easy to read book and it’s explains a lot about Japanese culture and why food is so important to them. I’m really enjoying it. I need to sit down and finish reading it. I have trouble finishing books.

Sounds like fun! I miss nights like that I Tokyo. I used to like a guy called Junpei. At the time I’d never met anyone else with that name and I thought it was pretty cool…as it turns out he was not so cool, anyway…I know what you mean about coffee I’ve been drinking too much lately..and I’m gaining weight from all the sugar. It’s hard in Tokyo coz you tend to eat out more than cook. I’ve been having the same problem here. Since I started taking lunch to work instead of buying it I’ve found I lost weight.

ooh gossip girl! I keep thinking that these people are just so unreal but can’t stop watching it! My health has been quite bad since I’ve been in korea but by the sounds of things not as bad as yours honey, take care of yourself! I am currently on a detox this week I am doing it with a friend to try and improve our health situation. Luckily I’ve made friends with people who are addicted to hiking… but its going to kill me, and I’ve seen no improvement yet. Love reading but I just haven’t had time here to do much. I’m off the coffee for a week but theres not much better than good coffee and a good book! Hope you can find some zinc soon and start to feel better lots of love Rae xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
