I am off work today because I have a killer cold….headaches, sore throat, cough, slight temperature and swollen glands! It sucks to be sick, but i write enough about been sick so instead I want to post some photos I took this week! One of my weekly resolutions this week was to take at least one decent photo everyday and while the week is not over yet thought I`d post some of my favs from the week….Can`t say I lived up to `decent` photo everyday but I think there a few ok ones!

I am just a twenty something Aussie girl living in Chiba, Japan with my Japanese husband trying to make sense of the crazy Japanese world we live in! We welcomed our first son in December 2009 (Noah) and a second son in January 2011, 2 months premature (Shion). I am working hard at raising them to be confident, bilingual, happy kids!
I really think you should do a photography course – your photos are excellent and doing a course would only give you the opportunity to take more!! In fact, you have loads of awesome pictures on your Flickr. Have you ever printed any off to make wall art?
Hope you feel better! Colds suck! Do what my brother does and stick a tissue up each nostril and then whinge loudly for three days that it’s the end of the world!

I have never really printed them out to make wall art….lol…I have never thought of it! Maybe I will print some out for mum and frame them for Christmas perhaps! Or maybe for dad`s house!

Ohhhhh. I know that cold. the swollen glands left me feeling like Harry Potter in the movie where he grows neck gills to breathe underwater. It is a NASTY cold. And it lingers and goes on and on, so take top care of yourself–rest, recover, enjoy, take it easy! For a few weeks! My whole family has had it (still has it. . .)
You know, when I looked at the picture of the guinea pig I thought, “MONSTER HUGE guinea pig.” Then I realized that a “child” was holding the humongous rodent. whew.
