Wordless Wednesday #6…
Taken in Okinawa in 2006.
I wish I was here. It is starting to get a little cool in Brisbane now, especially in the mornings. Two winters in one year hardly seems fair (Although 2 summers next year will probably be worse).
Today was not a good day. I had a car crash, technically my first one. I ran up the back of someone, and it was my fault and I have a sore head. But their was almost no damage to the other car, and fairly easy to fix damage on mine. In fact just some minor panel beating work…I was just a bit more in shook than anything else. Hope everyone else had a day that was better than mine…..In other news I got a haircut, and it looks cool (I think!)

Wow, looking at the photo made me realise just how much I do actually want to go to Okinawa. It has been on my ‘to go’ list for some time now. Mum’s new host student is from Okinawa, so maybe I can stay with him!!
By the way, I’m glad your car accident wasn’t too serious. I hope that your head feels better soon. I’ve never had a car accident, but I could imagine just how scary it would be, and the shock of it as well.
PS - Can’t wait to see your new haircut! I’m getting mine done before I go back to Japan, and before I meet up with my wedding hair stylist for a practice run!

Oh gads, I can see why you need a beach vacation. I’m sorry to hear about your fender-bender. I’m glad you’re okay. Don’t beat yourself up too much, everyone makes mistakes. *smile*

Sorry to hear about the crash - I got rear ended only something minor and I was ready to burst into tears! Luckily, youngest bro was all like ‘it probably sounds worse than it is, stay calm’ - so I know how sh!tty it feels!!!

Beautiful photo! So sorry to read of your crash. I’ve been there. I think the shock and hurt pride were the worst parts. But it does pass and thankfully no one was physically hurt. Hoping for a better day for you tomorrow!
