Laura, wow, I haven't been online for a day and a bit, but I have already missed 2 of yours posts. I read through what every one said in regards to Shun's questions, and they sound pretty reasonable, don't they, lol! Naoki asks me the same questions all of the time, and like you I either say, that's the way it is, or because English is stupid!! lol

If you do decide to go for that job, I hope you get it! I will cross all my fingers and toes for you. Also, good luck to Shunpei for this week - I'm sure he will fit in easily, and have a blast at school. I can't wait to see how quickly his English improves!!

Hooping at southbank sounds like lots of fun. Who are you going with? Oh, I'm definitely buying myself a hoop once I get back in Japan after the wedding! Will be asking you a couple of questions about which hoop you got around about that time!

Will be back in Oz not this monday, but next... Hopefully we can catch up sometime!

I have not thanked all of you for your comments on the last post explaining the in and on to me regarding transport- Shumpei read the comments and now understands. Next time he has a question I told him to post it on my blog and let you all give him the answers so I don`t have to. He starts school on Monday though so hopefully he will be able to ask his teachers too. He is very nervous about starting school for two reasons- one he has to do a test and two he thinks he might be a lot older than everyone else. I doubt it, I am guessing the average age is about 25 and he is only 2 years older than that.

Take heart - I read that the best way to lose weight is slooooooooooowly. like .5 to 1 kilo a MONTH. That way it's more likely to stay off. I have been within the same kilo range for a month, and I've still enjoyed myself, so I think its the way to go. Don't stress - 100 is nothing!! :o)

I love Shun's belief about the birth. I think I'd want my partner there, but up next to me - nowhere near the exit!!! I've read that it can be pretty traumatic for a guy to see that part of it ;o)

The application is good practice, as annoying as it is too. I'm happy to help if there's anything I can do?

I hope he has a good day at school too - I would be so nervous too! :o)

Awww! Shun sounds so cute and funny! Bit of a worry about what he thinks about child birth though! LOL Send me of message on facebook saying which department you are at. Definately worth applying. Selection criteria isn't as bad as it used to be. They have limited it to a 2 page response.
