Eat fish and chips on the foreshore out of newspaper or something. Then think 'Wow! I could never do this in Japan. Lucky I'm in Brissy!' Works much better than trying to recreate Japan for yourself. Imagine how many 250g bars of butter that is (28!) and how much room that would take up. Very impressive! For her bridesmaids dresses, my sister found a dress at Review she really liked but it was too expensive and the wrong colour, so she tried it on, took photos in the fitting room and then took the photos to the dressmaker who made something similar. Don't get too disheartened by a slight gain, I think everyone has a few over time, that is why it is so good that there is no time limit and you get to just go at your own rate!!
