Oh my gosh! I had the exact same green "bow" as you!! Still got mine too! I loved my Rainbow Brite doll too and my pink baby-hugs carebear too. Oh and a cabbage patch kid that I got from my Grandma was pretty popular too.

I had a plush Rainbow Bright horse. It came with a doll that I pretty much never played with. I loved that little white horse to death.

Oh wow! I haven't thought of Teddy for years! He was a bear that you could Take Off His Fur and put pj's on him.

Skin the freaking thing.

No wonder I am screwed up.

I totally remember Rainbow Brite too!

OMG I was a total Rainbow Brite fan when I was a kid. My fiance actually bought me a Rainbow Brite DVD with 10 episodes on it last year! Love that 80s kids all love the same crazy 80s stuff! (Altho, I enjoyed a few more years of the 80s than you did...)

I have a monkey soft toy that I got when I was about 4 years old. His name is Monkey (creative, I know.) and he went EVERYWHERE with me. My sister and two cousins got the 3 others animals in the set (a hippo, tiger and a panda) but I'm the only one who still has theirs. I have him on my bed even now and Monkey has been to Japan 6 times, and Australia 2 times with me!! He's still in quite good condition so hopefully I can pass him on to my kids someday.
