Katie- You got an AO5 job?! That is awesome!!!!!! Tupperware isn`t really in my budget but I just couldn`t resist! And I don`t have rent at the moment so it makes it a little easer. Nice to hear your sister has the same stuff- She must be very stylish! hehe!

Don’t you think Tuppaware is like porn for woman? ha ha Ya gotta love it! My sister has the same salad bowl, sipper cups, sandwich box and plates as you. She also has the drink containers that you got as freebies. I don’t own any Tuppaware as yet because it hasn’t been in my budjet, but now that i’m an AO5 (Yes- I got a new job!!) I might invest in some. I love the ice-block makers! We had them as kids but ours were just plain clear plastic!

Heather- hehehe! I can`t believe your iceblock maker has lasted so long! A very good sign!!

Katy- That is a good idea, to stock up when you are home! I love love love the sandwich holders…they are great and I use them all the time!! Very good to know about the sheets! Actually because we had a bed instead of a futon I took some sheets with me a couple years ago- but you are so right about the tea towels! Will definitely stock up! If you can`t get the tupperware when you are home at Christmas time let me know and I could always order if and send it to you! October`s catalogue is all pink for breast cancer month!

Tigermama- Do they have tupperware where you are? Maybe you could start it up!!! I am in love with the little round boxes- perfect for crackers or lollies!

I have half this stuff from TW party when took Shou home two years ago. I use the sandwhich boxes A LOT – for everything. One of them has umeboshi in it at the moment. Am liking the iceblock makers though. Very natsukashi. Will have to purchase some in Dec when go home. ‘Domestic Goddess’ – something we all strive for and never achieve. Do stock up on Tea-towels. Japan just doesn’t do them the same. Sheets too. Japan, or Kunimi and surrounding areas, very crap on linen.

An iron? Ummm you know I think the newer tupperware is just wash and use- no iron needed.

Oh and I still have the tupperware icypole maker from when I was a kid. Wonder how many Daiso things will last that long?

Sara- Of course I am bring them to the fireworks!!!! I expect either you or Nay to be pregnant by then too by the way so that I can touch your bellies (cos I definitely ain`t going to be!)- I make a mean hummus too so I could pack hummus in one container, pita bread in the other and vegies in another.

I also make awesome pizzas with fetta cheese. Yum! Nay doesn`t eat cheese but she loves fetta (and she eats pizza- so melted cheese is ok!)

I would bring popsicles but I fear they would melt in the summer heat! But when you come to visit me in Chiba/Tokyo next summer we can make juice ones! Do you like pineapple juice? I love it!
