1.6 kilos…
I went back to weight watchers last week after going a bit off track for about 8 weeks….In that time I put on 1.6 kilos.
I went back tonight and I had lost 1.6 kilos in the last week so I am back on track.
I am 1.1 kilo away from having lost 10% of my bodyweight since I started weight watchers & have lost about 8 kilos altogether since I have been back in Australia.
It feels good to be back on track- and it wasn`t as if I was super good or excersised a lot (I do think some of the weightloss may have come from stress over the last couple of weeks though) but it has motivated me to be even better this week and now that Abbey is able to go for walks again (She was desexed just over a week ago but had her stitches out on Tuesday) I plan to take her most afternoons!
The aim- to lose another 3 kilos before Christmas and if I managed that I would be about 6 kilos from my goal weight!
Yay for weightloss!

Marvellous! Keep up the good work. It’s really motivating when you see results. Mum bought me a scale when she was over here and it’s made me realise just how easy it is for weight to slip on (I have put on like 8kgs over here from what I was at home!). But have spent a week making really yummy WW dinners and being good food-wise. Joining a gym near home tonight so Tom and I can go on the weekends and in the evenings!!
You are looking fabulous in your recent photos! But then you are gorgeous anyways - but there is nothing like the inner sparkle that comes out when you are feeling your best!
Congrats on the weight loss efforts Lulu. You are doing great! I wish they had weight watchers over here. Even though the website shows points and recipes, it is hard to find the same foods etc. I am also on a weight loss challenge, and have jsut gotten back on the wagon myself. Keep up the good work!
Good on you!! It’s much easier to do the weight loss thing in the summer with all the yummy friuts and salads around and the fantastic weather just makes you wanna get outside!
Don’t you think weight loss is so daunting!!! Why do we do it to ourselves. I have lost 20kg since Febuary and still have another 10kg to go. But there is only so much salad a girl can eat! Keep up the good work Lulu because it will pay off!!!

Mandy- We need to exchange recipies! I know a few quick and easy ones! I have to say though I hate a gym- I am quite happy to walk or hula hoop though! Hope you are doing well- We should both aim for 3kg by Christmas-gives us six weeks!
Nooh- It is sometimes hard to get back on track but once you do it always feels good- especially when you have a loss as it makes you want to keep doing well!
Jessica- I hope so!!! Christmas is always a bit of a killer though!!!! This week I need to walk AT LEAST four times- good 45 minute walks at least. Tomorrow we are going to walk all the way to the markets and back (about 5km altogether plus walking around the markets) and take Abbey!!! The weather is supposed be good tomorrow and we will leave early so hopefully won`t be too hot (supposed to get to 29 tomorrow though)
Allanah- Mum said you lost weight but I had no idea it was so much! 20kg since Feb?!?! Wow- congrats! How are you doing it? Weight Watchers? Gym? Share secrets please! That is fantastic news!
