It is fantastic news!! I'm sure the extra money and the flex time will really be useful for you. Just imagine all the money you will be able to save up before you come back to Japan! Having slow internet reallys sucks... mum's internet was like that until she realised that it become slower with the amount of internet being used. With 4 people using mum's internet you could imagine how much stuff we were all downloading... lol!! Opps!! Now mum has gotten a higher download limit or something (for more money of course!) and her internet is great! Congratulations on becoming a ‘real’ government employee, not a temp!!
