You should be able to find something decent in that price range, it guess it depends if you are looking for parking, what kind of amenities, security, etc. So are you thinking of interiors yet, do you have any "color" you want to decorate your flat in. Some of my neighbours are very superstitious though and it's interesting to talk to them. Does Shun tie a pouch of warm salt around his neck when he has a sore throat?
