Girl Japan- I will be in Ichikawa which is the next station to Koiwa which is still in Tokyo- so not quite the boonies. HAHA. Pretty close to the city actually. Emsk- The name does translate as that but I like to say round mountain bird because the kanji is a bit rare it is ????as you can see the second kanji is not the traditional kanji for island but instead a small mountain with the bird kanji- I think it is cute!
