Things I love Thursday…
Idea courtesy of Gala Darling.
- Discovering nice places to walk near our home.
- Coffee catch up with a friend I hadn`t seen in 3 years.
- Public holidays
- Finally starting the quilt for Goma-chan and buying the last of the things I need to make it!
- Kiwi fruit flavoured yogurt
- Having my friend mail me and tell me she has booked flights to visit us in Japan next year on her way to Europe.
- Finally having my sore throat go away!
- Herbal tea during the cold weather.
- Having Shun make dinner on Sunday (Hayashi rice!)
- Blogging everyday this month so far (not sure it will continue but nice all the same!)
- Reading 4000 comments on my blog

Ohh so many things:
1) Not having MIL here *lol*
2) Being able to heat up a bit of leftovers for dinner and lunch (refer to #1)
3) Friends who are more helpful than MIL- seriously, a friend stopped by for 30 min and managed to feed Reo and change Sora’s diaper as I tried to write a letter in Japanese (which is more than MIL did in a week)
4) Watching the boys play happily together making an obstacle course through our hallway without fighting and actually encouraging each other
5) Playing on the above obstacle course and than converting it into a pretend boat and enjoying pretend dolphin watching, fishing and drinking pretend tea.
6) Reading Frog and Toad are Friends after a few months break and having the boys laughing that lovely belly laugh
7) HAving a half hour of Tomo at school and both Reo and Sora napping at the same time. What a rare moment !
Glad you’re feeling better! I love herbal teas this time of year too… Muji is my favourite for stocking up, so many to choose from
Exploring the neighbourhood is always fun – it’s interesting what you can find!! I love walking along the river and seeing all the wildlife (minus the snakes and spiders).
My list this week:
*having friends live close by
*mum arriving in 5 weeks
*hot drinks in winter
*making curry and having lots of leftovers fo my lunches next week
Hmmm Kiwi ogurt sounds good! I love herbal teas inthe chilly weather too…
My list~
*Baby free lunches
*Going home to smiling said baby
*Having a car and actually knowing where roads are
*Running in the cool weather
Hope the cold is getting better!
