Enjoy the instant coffee... it's better than none. I've been mixing some vanilla extract in my unflavoured coffee... yummy! wish Japan had better things like peppermint extract! that would be very nice! xxxx I want a dressing gown!! hahaha! Make sure you pack the lip balm with you in your hospital bag too - I remember eing very dry the whole time in hospital, and esp. after giving birth.
