Very short list tonight as it has been a horror night so far and Noah has only just settled in the last 20 minutes and I am exhausted… plus I have a feeling he is probably going to stir again very soon.
- New recipes, mostly Japanese.
- Dad coming next week (Thursday in fact)

- Watching Noah trying to roll over and failing (I love this because it is so funny to watch- not because he is failing so much)
- Comments on my last post
- Getting chocolate cake, strawberries and steak from MIL when they came on Sunday
- Shun taking the day off work yesterday

I am just a twenty something Aussie girl living in Chiba, Japan with my Japanese husband trying to make sense of the crazy Japanese world we live in! We welcomed our first son in December 2009 (Noah) and a second son in January 2011, 2 months premature (Shion). I am working hard at raising them to be confident, bilingual, happy kids!
Ohhhh I love lots of those things too!! Esp. sleep and chocolate cake!! Best combination ever.

I can’t wait to see Noah’s rolling over attempts.. Sakura’s an old pro at that now so maybe she will give him some pointers hehe
I hope that you eventually got Noah down and he was a good boy for his mummy and let her have a good night sleep (well the best you can have with a newborn anyway).
