   I’ve had trouble commenting sing your post about housing…my comp keeps freezing up and I have to reboot (could be just my comp) . although seems this short comments works (have been trying to make longer comments – mabe cyber space is trying to tell me to keep it short and sweet?!?!)

   Yes, I have continued problems posting – that’s why I don’t often comment, even though I’d love to! Hard to explain, but freezes, takes a while to show the words I have typed. Also, you know the tab at the top (XP) that shows a blue circle swirling while it is trying to find the site? Well it continues to swirl, as if it is trying to find the site, and then in between that, there is a little text box, with two vertical red lines crossed through it. This symbol also appears next to the URL at the top throughout. Hope that makes sense to someone who knows better than I!! Hope it gets sorted out

   Thanks to both of you for adding what is happening- can you tell me what browser you use? Ie, netscape, firefox, etc etc? It could be a browser issue/bug with my site.

   Also anyone else that comments please let me know what browser you are using.

   Hoping I can get it all sorted soon!

   English playgroup sounds like fun! I would love to get something like that happening down here but we are seriously lacking in foreign families.

   I use Internet explorer too and have had problems with your comments page freezing up. I always just thought it was my computer but if other people are having the same problem? It has probably been happening to me for a couple of months….

   Oh okay, I use firefox so have not had the same issues (except for 2 days ago when the server was slow)- it might be a bug in internet explorer. I know Shun uses that and my blog doesn`t appear as well in there either…it looks “better” in firefox if that makes sense.

   I have contacted my server host and he will look into it to see if there is anything we can do from our end although I am thinking it might not make much difference…will have to wait and see,

   Great that you found a playgroup already. You are always welcome to start attending our BKC meetings which usually take place in Inagekaigan or Makuhari. We meet once a month for sure, but sometimes more often. One of our members just had a baby last month, and another member is pregnant, so we’ll have 3 babies total soon! (7 toddlers plus the 2 babies currently)

    Yay for English playgroup. Crossing my fingers I will be joining you in a couple months.

    Its crazy how much they grow isn’t it?! Sakura is size 0 now… barely fitting into 00.
    Its such a shame since baby clothes are so cute but you only get to really use them for a few months only.

    Same thing happening with me too for a long while now.
    And like tj-injapan, the longer the comment the more likely it is to happen.
    I use IE btw. Just while reading your post even the wordpressinstalldir/wp-mail.php and flickr colour something or other keeps trying to reload . Computer also freezes saying IE has to be closed down and I lose what I write. Sometimes it happens as I press submit and the comment appears even though I lose the connection, if that makes sense. Same goes for your contact me link.

    The playgroup sounds like a lot of fun! I use firefox and I haven’t had any issues at all being able to comment on your blog.

    Hello’s
    I’ve looked through the coding and made a few updates and modifications.
    Using my internet explorer (and firefox + safari) browsers I can comment and view the pages just fine, although the flickr photo-box on the right sidebar seems odd in IE except when I enable compatibility mode (thats the torn-page like symbol at the end of the address bar next to the reload and stop icons) that seems to fix it.
    I’ll continue looking through the code and monitor the comments here so if readers are still having difficulties please post it and I’ll keep digging.

    Hey everyone, as Radans said above he has looked into the issues and all seems to be solved except for the issue with the flickr badge- if people continue to have issues I could remove it so please let me know how you are finding the site now.

    Thanks to Radans (and Snos, my other host) for looking into the issues so promptly- let me know if there is any other issues with commenting.

    The constant reloading has stopped and I can also see the flickr icon now after pressing the symbol Radan mentioned, but there is still an error message at the bottom of the screen. There’s a symbol with an exclamation mark on a piece of paper and it says (in Japanese) that the page has been loaded but an error has occurred on the page. It’s a lot easier to type now btw. Thanks.

    Just wanted to quickly say for me the problem has been fixed as well!! YAY! Now I can go back to writing lot of long comments without the fear of losing them like I have been
