Ages ago Nay asked me to post pictures of my more recent scrapbooking pages. I am behind at the moment and have only finished up until the end of June I think but have photos printed for the following months but just need to buckle down and do it…
Now that the theme for Noah`s birthday party has been decided though I will also need to work on decorations and invitations for that. Good thing the new tv season has started and I am enjoying catching up on lots of shows so I can do it at night while I am watching…
Okay so I don`t think I had put up any photos in AGES so the last one was from Noah`s first hanami and Easter so here are the pages that follow…. (16 pages so sorry for the photo overload!)

All of your pages look great! I am so impressed you find the time to do them. I am hopeless and usually put a years worth of photos in albums at a time. Poor Kayla doesn`t even have an album yet so I had better get my butt into gear
Yay! Thank you so much for sharing. I love looking at other people’s scrapbooking pages – although every one seems a lot more creative than I am
lol
I love what you did with the circles on Noah’s sitting page – it looks fantastic. Or wait, are the circles on the scrapbook page? Do you have a special cutter or something that you use to curve the edges of the photos? Funnily enough I have a ‘sitting’ page too… lol! It was the last page I did actually.
I also love your june picnic page. The border bit at the bottom looks really cool!!
oh, and also… lol… I love your little blocks at the bottom of your other june page – the bit that says, ‘lots of fun was had in june’
Geez… how about I just stop there and say every page is great!! Might just be easier
lol
I wish we lived closer so we could do some scrapbooking together…
Nikki- Well Noah only has his scrapbook. I did put photos in a photo album for his first 3 months but it filled up the album so that is it for him for now. I am REALLY bad at printing out photos since I can`t do them at home I need to decide which ones I want and go to the photo shop with them in on my USB.
Kayla won`t know you didn`t buy an album when she was little
Nay- Thanks! You will need to put up your recent scrapbooking pages too. Is the plan still just to do it for the first year? I haven`t decided yet for Noah…it might go a little past that…
Then I will have to start on one for baby #2- mmm, not liking my chances of getting much of that one done til they are older and won`t try to eat my paper.
I do have a special circle stencil that I can cut circles out with (which is what I did with the photos on the shizuoka page) but the circles on the sitting page are on the paper as is. As are the block on the bottom of the June page that says “Lots of fun had in June”.
I do have a special tool (like a stamp) for the rounding corners though- I LOVE THAT!
Te border at the bottom of June picnic page was just green paper that I cut with jagged scissors and then the bug stickers I had so I added them on! There were lots of ants that day so it seemed fitting
Wow, Lulu! That looks fantastic! You’re so creative. Noah will love this album, for sure!
Wow! What an excellent creative outlet that must be for you! Love your work! I’ve been meaning to do that for my niece and nephews but I’ve never gotten past buying the albums and all the bits and pieces. You make it look so easy. Must print some pictures and experiment one of these days. I love the letter page. I didn’t realise you had been hand-writing him letters all these months! What a lovely, special thing to do. I’m sure Noah will love reading them when he is older. P.S. Kent says the name Noah is growing on him for our future son
Gorgeous! Your hard work has definitely payed off. He’s going to LOVE seeing it when he’s older and what a fun time you’re going to have showing it to his future girlfriends
