Um, so I finally uploaded photos from January today. I realized that it has been more than a month since I uploaded any photos of my kids and even longer that that here on the blog.
I still take a lot of photos- on the DSLR if we are at home and on my phone if we are out and about. Maybe not as many as I used to though.
Here are my favourites from the month of January.
Shion got the tunnel for his birthday – both boys love it! I made birthday cake for their birthday party so I didn`t make cake for Shion {or Noah`s} actual birthday but we bought some strawberry cake the day after Shion`s birthday because it was a Saturday. Noah did not want to get his hand dirty- hence trying to eat with his mouth although Shion was not at all shy about eating with his hands!!
We are not really doing Tot School right now either {although hope to get back into it this month} so I don`t take many photos of the boys day to day but glad I am still capturing some memories!!

I am just a twenty something Aussie girl living in Chiba, Japan with my Japanese husband trying to make sense of the crazy Japanese world we live in! We welcomed our first son in December 2009 (Noah) and a second son in January 2011, 2 months premature (Shion). I am working hard at raising them to be confident, bilingual, happy kids!
LOVE the pics. Our ball tent and tunnel has done a great run – and still gets pulled out more than not on the weekends.
