First because I'm a Pan-asian just like your lovely children! I was born and raised in Singapore by a Caucasian American father and a Chinese Singaporean mother. Second, because I think it's great for people back in the States to be opened up to lots more culture. When I moved to the States for college a few years ago, I felt like many of the people I met never really knew anything outside of their state, some even town.
